| Wendy J. Phillippay, Principal Wendy began her career in business and securities litigation first at the New York-based law firm of Finley, Kumble, Wagner, et al. and later at the Los Angeles firm of Christensen, White, Miller, Fink & Jacobs. Upon moving back to the Bay Area in the late 1990s, she spent two years as in-house counsel at Pacific Exchange, Inc. where she provided legal counsel to the Board of Governors, the Ethics and Business Conduct (member disciplinary) Committee, the floor trading committees and the Membership Committee. Wendy holds a law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Environmental Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara. |

| Lucienne Dilworth, Consultant Lucy established her career in corporate and securities law with the San Francisco-based law firm of Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro, where her practice focused on federal securities regulation, including the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and the Investment Advisors Act of 1940. She joined Best Practices in February 2005. Lucy holds a law degree from Stanford University and was valedictorian of her class at the University of California, Berkeley, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. |
