Wendy J. Phillippay, Esq., Principal
Wendy began her career in business and securities litigation first at the
New York-based law firm of Finley, Kumble, Wagner, et al. and later
at the Los Angeles firm of Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard &
Shapiro. Upon moving back to the Bay Area she spent several years
as in-house counsel at Pacific Exchange, Inc. where she provided legal
counsel to the Board of Governors, the Ethics and Business Conduct
(member disciplinary) Committee, the Floor Trading Committees and
the Membership Committee. Wendy is a practicing attorney, licensed
in California and holds a law degree from the University of California,
Hastings College of the Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political
Science and Environmental Sciences from the University of California,
Santa Barbara.
